Welcome to MusicCovidRelief.com, a resource brought to you by partners in the U.S. Music Community to help music professionals access information and applications to receive benefits made available by the CARES Act (Phase III of the Coronavirus Stimulus bill signed into law March 27, 2020) and the “Paycheck Protection Program and Health Care Enhancement Act” signed into law on April 24, 2020.

  • Applicants are urged to go to https://www.jobs4tn.gov/vosnet/loginintro.aspx to register.  This will allow you to set up an account in the State system to be ready when the State implements the process for allocation of Federal stimulus funds.   Note that once you are in the system, you will still have to go through the process of filing the claim once that process is available.

    • Independent Contractors/1099 Employees should be EXCLUDED from your calculations.

    • You can use Payroll Information for 2019 or the Last Twelve Months
    • You should use Payroll Information from W2s, 940/941s and/or reports from payroll providers (like ADP, Paychex etc.).
    • IMPORTANT: Business Managers can initial and sign the NEW Application.  The Owners/Managers of the borrowing entity do not need to initial or sign the NEW Application.  Business Managers can complete the entire NEW Application.
